Tucked into the mountainside of the Savoie ski area, our Alpe d’Huez resort is perfect for every kind of ski holiday. Enjoy ski-in ski-out access to a 250km ski domain or try your hand dog sledding. Bask in the incredible views from our bright balconies or partake in a little aprés ski in our beautiful lobby bar. Enjoy the stunning indoor pool Find your bliss in our PAYOT spa or relax with a green tea in the adults-only “La Bulle” lounge. Create your perfect ski holiday at Club Med Alpe d’Huez.We are delighted to offer both single and shared rooms on this holiday, which has been specifically tailored for single and solo skiers. If you do not smoke or snore, I will try to find you a sharer if you wish. Our rooms are “Superior with balcony”.
This will be our smallest group but still ensuring plenty of good company and opportunity to meet like-minded ski and board buddies at every level.
Fully Inclusive Solo Ski Trip for Solo skiers and Boarders
All meals, snacks & drinks are included and so there are no lunches or bar bills to pay for.
Morning and afternoon lessons/guiding returning for lunch Monday to Friday for skiers & boarders of all abilities, beginners right through to expert. The lift pass is Monday to Saturday.

Flights, Trains and Transfers
As there is no charter flight available for this date you can choose to buy your own flight or train to coincide with the Club Med transfer buses from 4 airports. These buses will run throughout the day and will be shared with other Club Med guests, your flight must land before 5pm and leave after 9am but please be aware that the late arrivals will miss dinner & need to collect their skis & organise lesson groups early on Monday. Likewise early flight departures might mean leaving the hotel as early as 4am!

Please book your holiday before booking your flight or train.
During the booking process please note in “Additional Information” which airport you would like to transfer from or “no transport” if you wish to make your own way to the hotel.
- If you drive to the hotel car parking is available at £91 and can be included as part of your booking.
- If you choose an early flight and arrive in resort before 3pm you will incur an early arrival charge of £35.

Equipment Hire
The Club Med hire department is in house & so it’s super easy to collect your equipment, or change it if necessary.. Orders placed in advance are significantly cheaper than on arrival. The sport category is suitable for beginners & low intermediate skiers/boarders but more experienced guests will appreciate the performance category. You will be invited to choose your equipment during the sign up process but it will not be charged until the balance is due.

Passport Check/Insurance
It is your responsibility to check both the issue and expiry date of your passport to be sure it is

You must have winter sports travel insurance and also EHIC/GHIC which is free https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/healthcare-abroad/apply-for-a-free-uk-global-health-insurance-card-ghic/
You can add Club Med insurance for rescue & equipment loss/damage for about €25 on arrival. Be ready to show proof of purchase on your phone if it should be needed. This is valid for all Club Med ski holidays in the 25/6 season.
As a solo traveller it is also wise to note your next of kin in the back of your passport and carry a copy along with your insurance details in your ski jacket.

In additional information please specify Charter or Geneva transfer or Grenoble transfer or No transport to indicate your travel choice and “small single ” (piste or mountain view) or “large single ” or “shared ” to indicate your room choice I will write to acknowledge your request and request your non-refundable deposit of £150 within a few days.
