The pretty, villa-style accommodation sits in terraces along the hillside include a private balcony or terrace offering elevated views towards the sea. Open your window to that expanse of blue in the morning and you’ll want to get out on the water in no time.
The gently shelving beach is perfect for a dip, or for watersports if you’re looking for a active holiday. The calm morning water is great for waterskiers and wakeboarders, then as the breeze builds during the day, it creates just the right conditions for sailing and windsurfing.
With three tennis courts, multiple fitness classes, and beach volleyball, there’s all kinds of opportunities to get active. Of course, there’ll also be a sun lounger ready and waiting if you want to sit back and chill. Make a Lemnos holiday yours.
Tennis
For adults we have a range of tennis lessons to suit all abilities. The LTA Tennis Express programme is an excellent way to learn the basics quickly whilst our Classic Course is designed to give experienced players an enjoyable week on the courts working on their all round game.
For something a little less serious, head down for social tennis each evening and all-comers are invited for a game of ‘tipsy tennis’.
The Lemnos tennis centre has one AstroTurf and two plexi-pave tennis courts. All tennis equipment is provided by our kit supplier, Head.
Road and mountain cycling
Our fantastic cycling centre at Lemnos Beach Resort offers quality facilities for both road cycling and mountain biking.
Let our guides lead you round the island’s breath-taking scenery during a free road biking tour ranging from easy to challenging, lasting between 1 to 5 hours and covering a distance of 30km to 90km.
If mountain biking is more your thing, they are available to hire free of charge as part of a guided tour or to borrow and explore at your leisure.

Sailing
Located in the north-eastern part of the Aegean Sea, the island of Lemnos, like many of the Greek Islands, lends itself ideally to sailing. Mark Warner’s Lemnos Beach Resort is superbly situated right on the water’s edge, giving you direct access to some of the best sailing conditions on the island.
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced sailor, our experienced instructors at Lemnos Beach Resort are on hand to ensure you make the most of your time on the water. Guests at the resort can take part in free lessons throughout their stay or sign up and go through a dedicated course with a fully qualified RYA instructor.
Excursions
The Lemnos Beach Resort is one of Mark Warner’s smallest resorts and the feel is very much that of a village, with all of the Mark Warner activities close at hand. Situated on the peaceful Plati Beach within a picturesque bay, our resort is a firm favourite with a loyal following, whether you’re holidaying with friends, family or as a couple.
The pretty town of Myrina, with its Venetian castle and waterfront restaurants is only a 10 minute drive from the resort – perfect for discovering Greek culture and history.

Getting from Lemnos International Airport airport to the resort
When you arrive at Lemnos International Airport , there will be an airport transfer ready and waiting to take you to the Lemnos Beach Resort. Being only a 30 minute drive from the airport you can be relaxing at the hotel before you know it!
Passport Check/Insurance
It is your responsibility to check both the issue and expiry date of your passport to be sure it is valid for entry to Greece . Check here.
You must have travel insurance and EHIC/GHIC which is free. Apply here.
As a solo traveller it is also wise to note your next of kin in the back of your passport and carry a copy along with your insurance details in your wallet.
